A Conversation with CLC Intern Harshani Perera

Bearers of Light: Behind the Scenes at Swedish Lucia

The Swedish Church in London averages ten Lucia events each December, services which begin with Vespers and conclude with the procession of light and traditional songs. We join singers and church staff as they prepare for the 2025 celebrations to find out what it takes to produce these annual events, and why participants are so passionate about taking part.Featuring Rev Magdalena Sjöholm, Fredrik Karlson, and members of the Lucia choir. The Changing Nature of Ministry: A Conversation with Guests from Germany

In July 2025 a delegation on a study trip from the Northwest German synod of Schaumburg-Lippe visited our London office, and a few of them graciously agreed to share their perspectives about ministry, and what they were discovering through their interactions with churches in Britain.
